The cost of this event is $20 to repeat participants (payments are take at the time of the event). However, if you have never received my "mini" (15-20 minute) healing session "in person" or "remotely", then your first time is FREE ! This is offered you as a gift, and also as a way you may "test the waters" (so to speak) and see if you feel and resonance with this work and "get it". Again, if you have never experienced my work before, you get in free of charge.

Age Limit: I do think this work is safe for those as young as 12 years of age to participate in this healing event. Parents, do use your own discretion in this matter (whatever the age, the $20 fee still applies to all repeat participants).

We shall start at about 7 pm. Since there is much to be accomplished in this evening, please try to arrive on time so you dont miss anything. Thank you.

I don't know precisely when we will end the evening. The last few sessions went on till about 10 pm, and it seemed as if a few didn't really want to leave even then. So lets just play it loose - enjoy the moment… and when its done, its done.

Most people feel the energy and consciousness of all the spirits when they first enter the space, and this is most especially true when we begin the "formal" healing session. At that time, I will ask everyone to be quiet, close their eyes, and just feel and be attentive to what is happening internally while Spirit is working on each one of you individually and as a group. Dont worry - there is nothing else you need do but be present to receive the healings. This is your time to simply "let go and let God" (in fact, showing up will probably be the hardest thing asked of you to do this evening).

We (Spirit and I) are very serious about serving your highest and best interests in the short time we have together. With this in mind, and as the co-creator and facilitator of this work, I will try to do my best to be sensitive and attentive to Spirits promptings and guidance in regard to all individuals present. Otherwise, the evening will be quite friendly, spontaneous and informal (with no hard and set rules). And though there is much that needs to be accomplished in our evening, we are going to have fun, meet and network with many wonderful people and thoroughly enjoy ourselves, but lets not forget that we are also here to heal our souls and clear up our shadow stuff. Ok ? Ok.

Ok, A little about our hostess Ruth:
Ruth Sharone is the creator of the prize winning film "God and Allah Need to Talk" A Film for Healing and Reconcilliation. Her web site is www.filmsthatmatter.com. I have been informed that Ruth has a lovely cool garden in her back yard that will be perfect for our spiritually "Hot" summer gathering (and she says it can fit at least 40 people - cross fingers). Her house is 1 block South of Sony Studios and 5 blocks East of Overland. I have been informed that there is adequate free parking.

Negative spirits have (apparently) conspired to "try" to prevent us from meeting on the 5th (some of you have an intimate experience of this phenomenon).
Here is the email I recieved from Ruth today:

Dear David:
I began paving my driveway 2 weeks ago, and it should have been finished by now, but a neighbor of mine called City Hall, lobbied a complaint against me, as he has been known to do frequently for the last 20 years whenever the spirit moves him (God, does he need a healing!)--and work has come to a standstill. The City has now required that I make further changes to the entry from the street, which will also mean a huge and unexpected expense. I'm scrambling to find the funds to be able to complete the work, but the most important thing is that I highly doubt that the driveway and walkway to my house and garden will be completed by next Saturday night, and it would be too dangerous to have people trying to navigate the area, which is now roped off with yellow tape, and not safe to cross.
So, I'm sorry that this won't work out for this coming Saturday, but I would be happy to renew my invitation to you when all of this mess is settled.

In spite of this impediment to us gathering, the good news is that we are still on for the 5th... but the venue has changed to my house in the Valley (Canoga Park). Yes, for some of you, that might not be as convenient as Culver City (sorry), but its really the best i can do on such short notice. I still hope that all of you who have RSVPd can make it (it is really worth the extra drive).

I cant think of a better way to spend this 4th of July weekend than gathering with heart centered, spiritually minded beings, in a group that promotes the freedom/liberation/healing/empowerment of the soul. And quite honestly, in my opinion, i feel that the only way we are really going to be able to change this world is if each soul does get free of the binders and limitations that enslave it, and that my friends, is what this work is about (among a great many other things, as you may find out).

Starting the beginning of this new year, we are expanding/opening up this Sundays remote session from 20 minutes to THE WHOLE DAY for as long as 24 hours (technically, from 12 am to 11:59 PM). We are also allowing members the freedom to chose any particular time.. and length of time too.. that they wish to be engaged in the work.

REGISTRATION AND RSVP's
If you want to participate in any of the Sunday healing events,
YOU MUST REGISTER ONLINE and RSVP for each separate Sunday session
(event listings may be found in the Meetup Calendar.
Again, RSVP's are REQUIRED...
In order for us to know you are serious about doing this work, Spirit requires you to make a tangible demonstration of willingness by formally saying"YES" or "NO". In other words, there is no "fence sitting" here - you are either "IN" or you are "OUT". For this reason, "Maybe" RSVPs will not be accepted.
Once you filled out your RSVP form, then and only then shall we include you in that Sundays healing process.

SCHEDULING YOUR TIME
You may participate in the work for as little as 20 minutes.. on up to 2 hours or longer if you wish.. for however long you want it (your choice). And whatever time you wish to do the work is perfectly fine with Spirit, be it at such odd times as 3:30 AM, 5:20 AM, 10:09 AM, 1:05 PM, 5:35 PM or 7:47 PM (its all good). The only thing we ask is that you inform us when you wish to "Begin" and "End". In the "Please add a comment" section of the RSVP form, write the specific beginning and ending times - IN YOUR TIME ZONE - you wish to participate in the work. This will indicate to Spirit (and to me) when to include you in the healing. Hopefully, we can synchronize with your time preferences, but if we are not exactly on your schedule, I am sure there is a "Divine Reason". Just flow and see what happens.

Besides, Sunday is traditionally considered a day where one gives oneself to Spiritual affairs (the rest of the week is for your more personal activities, fun, work, and so on).
For those who live in the Los Angeles area, I anticipate that there will be in-person group sessions (on Sundays), but we have yet finalized the location. If any of you are interested in setting up such a local event in your space, please contact me.

This is the first time we will be holding this Planetary Shadow Healing event in this location... depending on the turn out, we may hold this event here again, and on a more regular basis (so I hope you all can attend).

I anticipate that the duration of this in person group session will last approximately 2 hours, starting from 6 pm till 8 pm. Please arrive promptly as we will start as soon as everyone settles in.

Throughout the evening, we will take periodic breaks, interspersed with some sharing of experiences and insights. Otherwise, by all outwardly appearance, the event will seem quite simple: there will be no guided mediations, special techniques, fancy practices, chanting or anything else.

As I said, by all outwardly appearance, the event will seem quite simple, but internally, it will be quite dynamic. We will be attentively sitting in this healing space (with eyes closed), processing the energy work within our bodies minds hearts and souls (and this may look or feel like anything.. or nothing).

Though in this setting, I may be the outer facilitator of this particular planetary healing work, it is the High Self that is in charge and directing the show. And when dealing with the Higher Self, the only thing we can do is trust, have faith, and "Let Go and Let God".. and really, thats all thats asked of us.

Please note that this healing gathering is not "Group Therapy". If you find that you are wanting or needing personal healing, this is not the place to get it in. In this case, may I suggest you visit my personal web site http://www.spiritportal.org and commission some individual healing sessions (or feel free to seek help from another source). In any case, this group is about being of service to Spirit and the Planet. Granted, participants do receive some personal blessings and healings... but it is not guaranteed (I just wanted that to be clear so you hold no false expectations of the evening and the work we are about).

For those of you who cannot physically attend this event in Burbank, California (because you live too far away or are doing something else at this time) yet you still wish to participate in the work remotely... don't worry, you can still do so (wherever you are and whenever you wish). Simply RSVP on the Meetup Web site the time you want to participate, and Spirit will do the rest (just like you have been doing before).

About this Venue
We will have a sign at the door so you will know where to enter the building.
The entrance to the Church is in the back. Entrance is from W. Cedar Ave. which is the nearest cross street. We will hold the event in the children's room located inside the sanctuary to the left and towards the back of the main entrance.

As a courtesy to the residents in the area, please park on Victory street or on the church parking space, NOT on the residential portion of W. Cedar Ave.

There is no required fee for this event, but we will be asking for Donations out of gratitude to the Unity Church who so graciously opened their space for us.
