Hello everyone,
This Sunday's experience was very different for me. I made myself available from 12:00 a.m. - 6 a.m. As usual, I slept through and don't remember anything. I never dream during these sessions, but always feel tired when I wake up and very tired during the day. I then was available from 9 p.m. - 11:59 p.m. Because I am awake and in a relaxed state I always seem to be aware of going though something. Instead of the peaceful, happy state that I usually have, it was a very intense, physical experience. I had a heaviness in my chest area for the whole time. At one point I panicked a little and started to pant. I knew that I would not be allowed to experience more than I could handle, so I did calm down and just went with it. Is this a common experience with anyone else? I saw numerous flashes of people's faces and lights but nothing that made much sense to me. I woke up at 2:00 a.m. and the experience was over. Amazing!
I spent the whole day today (Monday) feeling chilled to the bone! I am not sick and this has happened to me before after a session. This seems to be the way these sessions affect me.

Sunday -Mar. 23 remotely

i experienced a velvety silence this round. pinks, peaches and yellows inside my body, but blues, purples cloaked me. i did not feel any particular emotion nor do i remember any thoughts. like i was empty of responsiveness. just quiet and passive. a few times i tried to reach into the earth around me and was gently cocooned again. very unusual.

I would like to thank you David for facilitating the "healing the collective shadow" work for the past 3-5 months. It has truly been a great honor to be part of this group. I totally agree with you David that in order to be effective in healing others, we must first see to it that our "own house" is in order. But as we heal ourselves, we also heal others too because we are all one.

And to all of you great souls who have participated in this work, I salute all of you and send you my love and blessings. Thank you for being part of this experience. - Noni

"I slept very well last night, however I woke up w/a headache and I have had a problem with acid reflux for awhile & it seemed to be aggrivated more. I have no idea if any of this has to do with the healing or not. Also I do not think for myself I would need to have to keep the group going if spirit has guided you in that direction. I know how to get in touch if I choose to have a private healing. Thank you for your generosity and all the collective healings. I am sure we & the planet are all better for it."

"Thx Y, David 4 taking yr energy 2 others. 4me, my 1st hr, I wrote down anything that came to my mind. When I awoke on Sun. morning, a long time issue came to me. Later in the evening, I finally got what I've forgotten. I think too much & pushed away feeling. I've been denying the lacking joy in my heart and now I'm on my way to renew happiness in my life.
