Starting in August, New Spirituality AK and the Alaska Center for Spiritual Living will be hosting one-hour meditation sessions on Friday evenings. We will rotate facilitators and types of meditation practices for a fun way to be introduced to all different kinds of practices that bring us to a greater awareness of our true nature.

We'll go an hour, from 6:30 to 7:30, and will be very open-structured. Anyone is welcome, from the first timer to those who are well seasoned, and it's open to the public. (Meditation will be held regardless of the number of folks from Meetup that are able to make it, as there will be other organizations inviting people.)
