The Melbourne Spirituality Meetup Group (also known as MSMG) is an online social group that runs various spiritual events around Melbourne, VIC Australia. Its purpose is to support those people who are interested in learning more about spirituality or who wish to deepen their own spiritual practice. These social events also offer great opportunities for people to share knowledge and wisdom with each other in a safe, friendly and supportive environment. This group is based on a non-religious, non-denominational approach. It is open to everyone, regardless of age (you must be 18+years), gender, culture or religion
WHAT EVENTS DO WE RUN?
There are many events which MSMG runs. To give you some idea on the sort of events that are being organised, here is a list of just a few which have been held in the past. Please rememeber that new events are being updated continuously. For more information please refer to the events section.

WHAT ITS IN FOR ME?
There are many benefits though to becoming an MSMG member. You will have full access to all of MSMG's online features, including; the message board, event viewing, emailing, polls, surveys, feedback forms FREE downloads and files. You will also have the option to receive regular event reminders and details on message board discussions. Best of all, membership is FREE!
Unless otherwise stated, RSVP's are due 3 days prior to the event date. All members are required to adhere to a set of rules and code of conduct. This is to ensure that everyone is treated fairly and with equal respect. Please refer to the files section of this site.
Our time, like yours, is valuable. If you are unable to attend an event can please contact the organiser within 24 hours of the commencement date, and if possible, change your RSVP accordingly. Your cooperation with this is much appreciated. Thank you.
HOW CAN I CONTRIBUTE?
At the end of every event each member donates however much they feel the event was worth. The idea behind this is that each member gets out what they put in. This puts the emphasis back onto the quality of events being run and what the group is all about. MSMG is not here to make money. Instead MSMG relies on the compassion and generosity of members such as yourself. And establishes the philosophy that each member is just as important to the success and wellbeing of this group, as is the organiser who run the events. MSMG also respect that everyone has different financial committments, and so this allows members to donate however much they can afford. All donations enable MSMG to run higher quality events more often :)
There are also many other ways in which as a valued member you can make other contributions. Such as:
(1) Posting messagesonline allows you to communicate with likeminded people and voice your own opinion about areas of discussion
(2) Chat in the online chat room

(4) Attending events is great for those who wish to meet in person and share knowledge and wisdom with each other
(5) Filling out polls/surveys helps MSMG run better events more often
(6) Letting us know what you think by filling out the MSMG online survey
(7) Giving us feedback on MSMG via the online form
(8) Those hosting an event are able save on travelling costs and receive satisfaction in knowing that they have made a valuable contribution towards the group

ABOUT THE FOUNDER OF MSMG
My name is Adam and I am the organiser and founder of this group. I have been involved in the health and wellbeing industry since 1999. Starting with my own personal journey overseas and experiencing what some may describe as a ?cultural reawakening?, I began is journey of self discovery by reading a variety of texts and looking around my local community. It soon became obvious that there were many others who were also on the same path. So I started joining social discussions which explored such questions as ?what is the meaning of life??, ?why am I here??, and ?how can I be happy and successful??. With this in mind, I began studying a variety of different academic courses in the hope that I may find the answers to such questions and learn the skills necessary to empower my own life. Now, after years of studying and exploring, I am now ready to share my wisdom and knowledge with the rest of the world.
I am a fully qualified reiki master, tarot reader, meditation teacher, crystal therapist and past life regressionist.
