Meet other locals to discuss your spiritual path. Share your most profound and transformational personal experiences and talk about ways to incorporate spirituality into your life. Open to people of all faiths and cultures! Journeys Community was created for people of all backgrounds who are interested in exploring their spiritual paths individually and in connection with others. We held our first meeting in September of 2001 and have been going strong ever since. Our community groups host weekly meetings where we meditate and discuss spiritual ideas from many cultures and faith traditions. Our readings, music, and film clips come from sources as diverse as Mother Teresa, Rumi, and Thich Nhat Hanh, Emmylou Harris, Bob Dylan and U2, The Shawshank Redemption, Groundhog Day, The Simpsons and The Wizard of Oz. With a membership of about 75 people, we typically have about 30 attending each week.

The May 18th gathering will focus on change and our willingness to accept change in our lives as a given, a necessity and a blessing. Each week we use film clips, music, personal reflection and meditation to explore the topic at hand.
