“ Easy to find, just off the 805 at Adams Avenue. She and Sarah will be there in the comfortable space, waiting to have a great time with you! The studio is home to Chris' private practice and other intuitive arts-based classes that she offers. ”
The class will always incorporate stillness, body awareness and inner body awareness. From there, each time we meet will be different. Sometimes we will move quite a bit, other times we will make some kind of visual art, like painting or collage. But no matter which expressive art we engage in, the experiences will always be designed around heightening our awareness of being alive, now.
