We are members of the Art of Living Foundation http://us.artofliving.org a volunteer-based international non-profit educational and humanitarian organization, and are participants in its Silver Jubilee initiative for a STRESS-FREE, VIOLENCE-FREE AMERICA.
We meet regularly and practice Yoga & Meditation techniques including Sudarshan Kriya, which is a cornerstone of the Art of Living Course, a powerful breathing technique that purifies and rejuvenates the body and mind.
We offer personal excellence programs to the general public that provide tangible tools to the participants to eliminate stress, manage negative emotions, restore human values, create a sense of belonging, and enable all to lead healthier, happier, and successful lives. By joining our Meetup group, you will get an opportunity to participate in these seminars, learn tools based on knowledge of ancient vintage, but well tuned to modern times, and also find out about more advanced programs such as the Art of Living Course, YES! et al. Art of living has influenced the lives of millions in over 152 countries!
