Good day Men and Women,
Wow, what a Winter we are having this year. To think spring is less then two weeks away,
hard to believe.
When we get together on the 29th the group will decide on topics related to Men and Women. We will choose and then engage in conversations around the most timely and popular topics that we collectively come up with.
If necessary we will create simple break-out rooms to ensure plenty of interaction for everyone. As usual, the discussion should leave us feeling inspired and connected with the new knowledge and wisdom raised amongst us.
In terms of the collective conversation, I am open to go where ever the group feels we need go. My role as friendly facilitator is merely to keep us on track and to ensure everyone has a fair chance to contribute and be understood.

I thought that a terrific and safe environment was created for men and women to speak freely, however, I would prefer
that a topic be stated before the event so that people could come in with ideas about something specific and focus on
one topic or even a couple of topics arranged beforehand. The meeting can then stay focused.March 31, 2008
