Reiki Circle - Wednesday at 7:30 PM

Hi All,

Many practitioners use Reiki as the basis of a spiritual practice, or to augment other spiritual practices. The cornerstone of Reiki spiritual practice is a daily one hour self-treatment, conducted in a meditative frame of mind. As well as maintaining physical, mental and emotional well-being, this practice is understood to induce spiritual growth, potentially leading to self-realization.

This week we will meet on Wednesday. We will gather at Jazz's place at 7:30PM.

Please note: You dont have to be Reiki initiated. This session will be informative for those that are interested.

-If there are lot of people and less Reiki practitioners, we request only few people be receive Reiki.
-If you received a treatment last time, please allow others to be given a chance this time.
-Rest of people can continue to meditate.

We will start with 15 minutes of Yoga, 15 minutes of meditation, followed by 2-3 people will be given Reiki treatment of 15 minutes each.

I have some space in the back, that if any one wishes can use for planting vegtetables. All you need to do is buy plants, some organic soil, and be willing to do some work few days a week.
