Laughter Yoga is a unique concept that combines a series of laughter exercises with childlike playfulness. Through deep belly laughter and stretching, yogic breathing takes place. The body doesn't know the difference between real and simulated laughter, so while participating for 10-15 minutes of LY along with eye contact, the laughter becomes genuine and contagious.
