Natural Path meditation is a simple and natural practice in which we meditate on the heart.  Through meditation, we learn to regulate our minds, calming our thoughts as we learn to take the heart as our guide.  This method offers us a means by which we can evolve from our present condition towards a future that realizes our full spiritual potential.  There are no fees or charges for learning the practice.  The only requirement is a willingness to learn and practice the system.

What is your suggestion, your area of expertise? Classes and programs will eventually be incorporated into a transitional housing program for women leaving the Therapeutic Community Drug Treatment Program at the Iowa Correctional Institution for Women, but ideally always including the community-at-large.
