This group focuses on deepening our spiritual experience through meditation and other spiritual practices, classes, discussion groups and other activities such as gathering in spiritual community to drum, to chant and sing.

CSL is a monthly gathering of those seeking community, depth and transformation to live life to its fullest. We investigate topics of a spiritual nature exploring everything from various meditation techniques, visualization, breath work, Core Energetics, body work, communication, soul at work, etc. We hold a two hour workshop the first Saturday of the month from 4-6pm, with a pot luck dinner from 6-8pm.
